Bookings and contracts are presumed to have been made in Arusha, Tanzania, and are handled in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The company maintains the sole right to refuse any booking without providing a reasonable explanation.

A 30% deposit of the total trip fee is necessary to confirm a booking once you have agreed to the safari trip preparations with us. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost charged to the client/agent as part of the trip payment.All bank and other transactional fees must be paid by either the agent or the customer.

It is the duty of the client to ensure that all necessary documentation for your trip to Tanzania is in order. Tanzania Classic Tours is not responsible for any penalties that may arise as a result of a customer failing to provide all required papers before to the tour’s start.

Universe Adventure Tours reserves the right to market and advertise any images and videos made during tours. The client authorizes the company to use such images and to protect copyright for such items.
